(for now)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>It appears that France decided to suspend delivery of the first of two Mistral-class helicopter assault ships that they have been building for Russia.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-6293\" src=\"https:\/\/spinor.info\/weblog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/09\/mistral.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"624\" height=\"351\" srcset=\"https:\/\/spinor.info\/weblog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/09\/mistral.jpg 624w, https:\/\/spinor.info\/weblog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/09\/mistral-300x168.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 624px) 100vw, 624px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>It will cost the French an awful lot of money. Still, this is the right thing to do. The last thing the West should provide to Putin&#8217;s Russia is more firepower. On the other hand, NATO should probably consider stepping in and purchasing these ships from France.
