That&#8217;s because I see another variation of the same picture (and it&#8217;s not the crudeness of my art to which I am referring):<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-4330\" alt=\"equality\" src=\"http:\/\/spinor.info\/weblog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/12\/equality-300x252.jpg\" width=\"300\" height=\"252\" srcset=\"https:\/\/spinor.info\/weblog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/12\/equality-300x252.jpg 300w, https:\/\/spinor.info\/weblog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/12\/equality.jpg 445w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Then again, if I am a conservative, so was Kurt Vonnegut. Why else would he have written a story like Harrison Bergeron, in which a totalitarian state uses a form of mind control to create equality between intellectually gifted and less talented people?<\/p>\n<p>Or perhaps I am neither a conservative nor a liberal (and the same goes for Kurt Vonnegut).
