I was wondering about its backstory.<\/p>\n<p>Today, I found out, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.reddit.com\/r\/nasa\/comments\/1sk7k1m\/identity_of_the_other_plush_at_capcom_eugene_the\/\">courtesy of Reddit<\/a>.
