A terrorist?<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.reuters.com\/article\/idUSWBT01364220100218?type=marketsNews\">Not according to the United States government<\/a>, who promptly assured us that the incident that occurred today in Austin, Texas, is not terrorism-related.<\/p>\n<p>So what exactly defines terrorism?
